About the Role:

Building and managing a new branch in Shenzhen

Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the branch, taking costs and quality into account

Acquisition of new business and monitoring the corresponding implementation, mainly in the air freight sector, but also in the sea freight sector

P&L responsibility

Ongoing process analysis with the aim of further developing the location

Preparation and adherence to budgets

Regular reports to the Chinese management team

What You’ll Bring:

Completed commercial education (university, business school, freight forwarding training or equivalent)

Several years of professional and management experience within the logistics industry with a focus on shipments by air and ocean

Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, resilience, accuracy and reliability

Team player with a pro-active, solution-oriented approach

Excellent English skills
