Our air freight operations are primarily based at London Heathrow (LHR), the largest air cargo hub in Great Britain. From here, we offer extensive global coverage, complemented by a supplementary cargo flight network for both domestic and international shipments.

Heathrow Airport (LHR) is a central hub offering worldwide connections and efficient handling of all types of freight. With approximately 1.5 million tonnes of freight handled and about 270 direct destinations, it is one of the top three hubs in Europe, along with Frankfurt and Paris.

Gatwick (LGW), Luton (LTN) and Stansted (STN) are major freight hubs in the Greater London area, with Stansted being the third largest cargo airport in the country with connections to over 200 destinations worldwide.

Jonathan Baker

Jonathan graduated with honors from the University of Southampton with a bachelor’s degree in maritime logistics. He began his career in 1996 as Logistics Manager for Case New Holland in Uzbekistan, where he managed the unloading of agricultural equipment and spare parts from trains and set up spare parts stores. His work led him to Turkmenistan and Ukraine, where he successfully set up air and ocean offices for Cargoline and DHL in Kyiv. From Ukraine, Jonathan moved to Russia to manage Kuehne+Nagel's operations there. Since joining Cargomind UK in 2022, he has established a warehouse operation in the UK and Ireland as well as an air and ocean freight office in London, driving strategic growth and expanding logistics capabilities in the region.

Air Freight Manager 

Allan Loder

Allan holds a Business Degree from Anglia Ruskin University. He began his career in logistics with Transglobal Air Ltd, where he worked in customer service and export operations. He then joined AEI (now DHL Global Forwarding), progressing through several sales roles, ultimately becoming Assistant Sales Manager and gaining valuable international experience along the way. A defining stage of his career was with UPS Supply Chain Solutions, where he served as London Centre & UK/Ireland Air Gateway Manager, overseeing key air freight operations and developing extensive expertise in managing operational teams and international logistics solutions. Throughout his career, Allan has held a variety of leadership positions at Menlo Worldwide, DB Schenker and XPand Logistics. Since 2025, he has been with Cargomind as Air Freight Manager, supporting the company’s continued growth and development in the air freight sector.

Ocean Freight Manager

Erhan Salahur

Erhan Salahur graduated from the Faculty of Maritime Business and Management in Izmir, Turkey in 2001. He started his logistics career in 2003 in the ocean freight documentation department of a shipping company. During this time, he gained extensive experience in operations, sales and customer service working for various companies in both the shipping and freight forwarding sectors. Erhan expanded his international trade expertise by entering the food industry and working in Poland. In 2022, he continued his career as a freight forwarding coordinator for a freight forwarding company in the UK. Since 2025, Erhan has been applying his industry knowledge as an Ocean Freight Manager at Cargomind, ensuring the implementation of efficient and customer-focused ocean freight solutions.
