Since 2013, Cargomind (Slovakia) s.r.o. has been offering logistics services from its headquarters in Bratislava. Slovakia's central location in Europe, makes it a strategic hub for efficient air and ocean freight services through key hubs like Bratislava Airport and major European seaports.
Our air freight department is located directly at the airport of the Slovakian capital, Bratislava, and offers our customers a full range of air freight services throughout the country.
Our ocean freight department in Bratislava offers comprehensive solutions for both smaller and larger shipments.
Our warehousing services in the Bratislava region are customized to meet the specific requirements of our customers and their goods. With flexible, secure handling capabilities and specialized storage conditions, our facilities provide efficient solutions for companies expanding in Slovakia.
A new state-of-the-art facility is entering into operation in Q3 2025 to expand our capacity in the Bratislava region.

Managing Director
Pavol Demčák
Guided by Pavol’s extensive experience, our Slovakia team benefits from his deep expertise in the freight forwarding industry. With an engineering degree in air transport management, Pavol’s career began at Czechoslovak Airlines, where he rose to Cargo Manager at Bratislava Airport. He later co-founded Lindbergh, a leading freight company in Slovakia. After Lindbergh’s acquisition by Dachser, Pavol served as Country Manager for Air Freight and Ocean Freight. Since joining Cargomind in 2013, he has successfully built and led our Bratislava branch, leveraging his comprehensive industry knowledge.
Station Manager
Jana Loneková
Jana earned her master’s degree in Management from the University of Prešov before gaining international experience in Great Britain and the United States. After returning to Slovakia, she spent six years at M. R. Štefánik International Airport, working across various departments and building extensive expertise in civil aviation and logistics. In 2019, Jana joined Cargomind in the Air Freight Department. Thanks to her strong industry expertise and leadership skills, she was promoted to Air Freight Manager in 2021, where she successfully led the department’s development. In January 2026, she was appointed Station Manager. In her current role, she oversees Cargomind Slovakia’s operations while supporting business development, sharing her knowledge, and contributing to the team’s success.
Air Freight Manager
Martin Kmeť
Martin earned his degree from the Faculty of Operation and Economics of Transport and Communications at the University of Žilina, providing him with a strong educational foundation in logistics. After graduating, he pursued a career in logistics and joined Cargomind Slovakia in 2021. He started in Air Freight Export Operations, where his commitment and professional approach quickly earned him recognition. In January 2026, he was promoted to Air Freight Manager. In his current role, he leads the air freight department and oversees its day-to-day operations.
Air Freight Import Supervisor
Lenka Valášková
Lenka holds a degree in economics, with a specialization in trade and services, from the Silesian University in Opava. She gained valuable managerial and customer service experience during her three years as a hotel supervisor in the United Kingdom. Lenka joined Cargomind in 2020, initially managing air import and export operations. Her expertise and dedication quickly led to her current role as Air Freight Import Supervisor, where she enhances team efficiency and fosters a client-focused environment with her proactive approach.
Ocean Freight Manager
Matej Gúth
Matej earned his degree in Production Management and Logistics from the University of Economics in Bratislava. He began his career in 2019 as an Ocean Freight Operations Clerk at Cargomind. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, he advanced to the position of Ocean Freight Manager after just two years. Today, Matej leads our ocean freight department, applying his solid logistics background to drive the team’s success.
Sales Manager
Simona Šmigová
Simona earned her degree in Air Traffic Management from the Faculty of Aeronautics at the Technical University of Košice. Throughout her professional career, she gained experience in sales, customer service, logistics, and operational process coordination before joining Cargomind in 2025 as an Air Freight Operations Clerk. Due to her experience, proactive approach, and strong commercial potential, she was promoted to Sales Manager in June 2026. She is now responsible for developing business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the company’s continued growth.
