Air Freight Specialist Export/Import (m/f/d)

You’ll take on a dynamic role in the international air freight environment, offering plenty of ownership and fast decision-making. As part of our team in Graz, you’ll manage global shipments and stay on top of things, even when last-minute changes come your way.

About the Role:

Independent handling of air freight shipments (import and export)

End-to-end management of air freight shipments from transport planning and documentation to final delivery

Shipment monitoring and proactive deviation management

Rate and capacity negotiations with airlines and partners

Professional support of international customers and partners, building long-term business relationships

What you'll bring:

Completed commercial education (business school, freight forwarding apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification)

Several years of professional experience in air freight

Fluency in German and good knowledge of English

Excellent MS Office skills and confident use of common business tools

Strong organizational skills combined with a structured, independent working style and a strong service orientation

Team player with a pro-active, solution-oriented approach

Compensation

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum salary is € 2,285.10 gross/month (full-time) according to the collective agreement . We will agree your actual salary individually in a personal interview!
