As a Customs Brokerage Manager (m/f/d), you can expect a diverse role with a high level of responsibility in our team in Belgrade. You’ll lead our customs brokerage activities, keep processes running smoothly and drive things forward. Combining customs expertise, strong leadership, commercial thinking and an eye for detail.

About the Role:

Develop­ment of our customs operations in Belgrade and future leader­ship of the customs team

Ac­quisition of new customers and develop­ment of existing accounts

Independent handling of customs declarations for import and export shipments

Pre­paration and review of customs documents and communication with customs authorities

Advisory support for customers and internal teams on customs-related matters

Accurate and timely handling of internal and external billing 

What You’ll Bring:

Completed commercial education (university, business school, freight forwarding training or equivalent)

Excellent Serbian and good English skills

Good knowledge of customs regulations and foreign trade law

Several years of extensive experience in customs clearance

Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, resilience, accuracy and reliability

A careful, structured and independent approach to your work
