About the Role:

Independent processing of customs declarations and handling of standard import and export customs procedures

Preparation and verification of customs-relevant documentation

Ongoing communication with customs authorities

Advising customers and internal departments on custom-related matters

Daily communication with customers and business partners worldwide

Timely execution of internal and invoicing processes

What you'll bring:

Completed commercial education (e.g. university, business school, freight forwarding training or equivalent)

Professional experience in customs clearance is an advantage

Very good knowledge of German, fluent in English

Strong knowledge of customs and foreign trade regulations

Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working approach

Remuneration

For this position we offer you an attractive salary in line with the market with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum salary is € 2,285.10 gross/month (full-time) according to the KV-Spedition. Your actual salary will be discussed and agreed individually during the interview process.
