Facility Manager (m/f/d)

As a Facility Manager, you ensure the smooth and safe operation of our office and warehouse spaces at our Vienna headquarters. In addition, you coordinate facility-related topics across our international locations and ensure the implementation of consistent standards.

About the Role:

Coordi­nation and commis­sioning of mainte­nance, servicing and repair measures for the building as well as technical and security systems 

Management of external service provi­ders (cleaning, facility services, trades, insurance) and ensuring service quality 

Coordi­nation of the procure­ment of office equipment and technical systems (PV, heat pumps, e-charging stations, video and access control systems) 

Management of the company car fleet

Review of rent and operating cost statements, including plausi­bility and cost control 

Organi­zation and ensuring compli­ance with legally required inspec­tions 

Conducting regular, docu­mented inspec­tion rounds (e.g. in accordance with TAPA) 

What You’ll Bring:

Completed technical education (e.g. master craftsman qualifi­cation, technical college or equivalent qualifi­cation) 

Several years of profes­sional experience in facility management or in a compa­rable position 

Confident use of MS Office and common FM tools (e.g. MSRL) 

Hands-on mentality combined with a structured and indepen­dent working style 

Strong organizational skills, accuracy, relia­bility and a high level of personal responsi­bility 

Excellent communi­cation skills and a profes­sional appearance when dealing with partners

Compensation

An attractive, market-oriented salary depending on qualifications and experience is offered. For this position, a gross monthly salary of €3,500 to €5,000 (full-time) is предусмотрено. The actual salary will be agreed individually during a personal interview.
