Are you a sales professional with a passion for building relationships and winning new business? Join our team in Otopeni as an Inside Sales Specialist and help grow our international logistics business by connecting with customers and turning opportunities into results.

About the Role:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects through out­bound calls, emails, and digital channels

Sales & Negotiation: Engage prospects, handle objections, and close deals

Account Manage­ment: Maintain customer relation­ships and drive repeat business and upselling

CRM Manage­ment: Track sales activities, customer inter­actions, and pipeline progress

What you'll bring:

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service; knowledge of Air & Ocean Freight is a plus

Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools

Strong communication and listening skills, resilience, and effective time management
