About the Role:

In­de­pen­dent handling of ocean freight shipments (FCL/LCL) for import and export

Co­or­di­na­tion of end-to-end lo­gis­tics processes, including trans­por­ta­tion planning, shipment handling, doc­u­men­ta­tion, and mon­i­tor­ing shipment progress

Com­mu­ni­ca­tion and ne­go­ti­a­tion with shipping lines, agents, terminals, partners, and internal branches in Poland and in­ter­na­tion­al­ly

Prep­a­ra­tion and man­age­ment of freight for­ward­ing doc­u­men­ta­tion (e.g. B/L, invoices, packing lists) in line with ap­pli­ca­ble re­gu­la­tions

Mon­i­tor­ing of shipments and so­lu­tion-oriented handling of op­er­a­tion­al deviations

Prep­a­ra­tion of quotations and pro­fes­sion­al customer support, ensuring a high level of service quality and long-term client re­la­tion­ships

What you'll bring:

Proven ex­pe­ri­ence in ocean freight for­ward­ing or mar­i­time transport

Fluency in written and spoken English

Strong or­gan­i­za­tion­al skills, ac­cu­ra­cy and re­li­a­bil­i­ty, combined with re­sil­ience and com­mit­ment.

Team player with a pro-ac­tive, so­lu­tion-oriented approach
